Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, final-sale, or other applicable reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly stated where applicable.
